K2 Advanced Training Ltd Refund Policy

At K2 Advanced Training, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. Please read the following terms carefully before booking.

1. Course fees

All course fees are non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed, it cannot be transferred to another person.

2. Cancellations by K2 Advanced Training

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

  • A transfer to another available course date; or

  • A full refund.

3. Changing your course date

If you are unable to attend your booked course, a refund will not be provided. However, we may allow you to transfer to a future course date, subject to availability.

Transfer requests must be made at least seven days before the course begins. A transfer fee will apply.

4. Booking details and course requirements

Please check all course dates, details and entry requirements carefully before confirming your booking. K2 Advanced Training cannot accept responsibility for booking errors, and refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.

Anyone attending a Door Supervisor course must have completed a valid Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) qualification that meets the relevant security-sector requirements. If this has not been completed by the start of the Door Supervisor course, you will be unable to attend and will not be entitled to a refund.

5. Exceptional circumstances

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need First Aid before attending a Door Supervisor course?

Yes. You must hold a valid Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work qualification that meets security-sector requirements before starting your Door Supervisor training.

What identification do I need?

You must provide valid photographic identification, such as a passport or driving licence, together with the required proof-of-address documents (bank statement, utility bill, council tax statement, P45/P60). We need 2 of these.

Contact us before booking if you are unsure whether your documents will be accepted.

Do I need to speak and understand English?

Yes. You must have a good understanding of spoken and written English. You will also need to complete an English language assessment before beginning your course.

Do I have to attend every day of the course?

Yes. You must attend the full course on all scheduled dates and times. Course dates cannot be swapped or changed partway through your training.

Can I transfer my course to another date?

Transfer requests must be made at least seven days before your course begins. Transfers are subject to availability and a transfer fee will apply.

Can someone else attend in my place?

No. Course bookings cannot be transferred to another person.

Are course fees refundable?

All course fees are non-refundable once your booking has been confirmed. Please check the dates, requirements and course details carefully before booking.
