Refund Policy

K2 Advanced Training Ltd Refund Policy

At K2 Advanced Training, we strive to provide our clients with the best learning experience. Please take a moment to review our refund policy: 

1.         No Refunds Policy:

All course fees are non-refundable. Once a booking or registration has been made, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.

2.         Course Cancellations by K2 Advanced Training:

In the rare event that we are forced to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances; all participants will be offered the option to transfer to another available course or receive a full refund.

3.         Course Transfer:

If you are unable to attend a booked course, again we will not offer you a refund, but we may offer the option to transfer your booking to a future date, subject to availability. This transfer must be requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled course start date. There will be a fee for the courses to be transferred, so please bear that in mind.

4.         Booking Errors:

Please ensure that all course details are correct before confirming your booking.

When booking any of our door supervisor courses, please be aware you must have completed a first aid course, which must be a EFAW (security) Level 3 course.

If you have not completed this course by the time of your door supervisor course, then you will be unable to attend. If unsure, please call our office on 01384 430 176.

K2 Advanced Training will not be held responsible for any booking errors, and no refunds will be issued for such errors.

5.         Special Circumstances:

In exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergencies), please contact us directly on 01384 430176, or via email info@k2advancedtraining.co.uk. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

 By booking a course with K2 Advanced Training, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this refund policy.
